Firstly, we would like to express our heartfelt sympathies to all those people in the UK and around the World whose lives have been devastated by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our thoughts are especially with those who have lost loved ones and who have had to deal with the incredibly difficult circumstances as a result. We stand with you.
Like most businesses within the travel, tourism, education and leisure sector, our business has been hit hard by the Corona Virus Pandemic but we are proud to have been able to work with all our brilliant school group customers to provide refunds for the many, many cancelled residential visits and school trips. Our company values and business principles dictate that our customers' wishes come first in a situation such as this and it is our duty to support our groups as best we can.
In line with the recent announcements regarding the easing of restrictions, we now feel that the time is appropriate to start to look towards 2021 and 2022 to get our business back on track and to offer our great experiences to the pupils of the UK once again.
In order to get back on track for 2021 / 2022 we are advising our school group customers to consider making bookings for 2021 now - before the summer break. This approach will offer the best chance of finding availability that suits your school calendar.
We are also asking our groups to consider booking their usual slots for 2022 as well (we can book your 2022 trip now with just a signed booking form - we would not require a deposit from you on your 2022 trip until 1st JUNE 2021). By doing this now, we feel that it is the best way for schools to reclaim their usual school trip slots.
We do fully recognise that not all aspects of life have resumed to normality quite yet, but it would be a reasonable assumption that by the start of 2021 that things will be progressing in the right direction.
You can have total confidence in making your next booking now whilst spaces still remain - your money will always be safe with us. Should your planned 2021 or 2022 visit not be able to go ahead due to any lingering Covid-19 restrictions - then we will refund any monies paid in full without quibble.
