Burnage Academy for Boys have returned this week from their annual low-season residential visit to FSC Castle Head situated in the South Lakes. John Haddon, Examinations Officer at the Academy and senior group leader on the trip got in touch earlier this week to let us know that this years trip 1st - 3rd February was THE BEST YET!.
Here's what Mr Haddon had to say about us... "This programme has a great deal to commend it as a simple and effective way for schools to access a high quality residential experience & activities programme at a reasonable cost. It has the advantage that it is a complete package encompassing ALL aspects of organising such a trip, with almost all of the administration done for you. All the school really needs to do is find the pupils - the complete package saves all the hassle of dealing with multiplicity of 'suppliers' to put together a trip and enables the school to tick all the Health & Safety boxes with minimal effort."
Mr Haddon goes on to say "Organising such a venture from scratch is a daunting task even for people with experience of the work; this type of package is ideal for teachers because of the organisational work it does for them!".
We at First Education & School Travel have been working in partnership with Field Studies Council for many years. We predominantly provide 3 major FSC low-season pacakges - all of which are fully inclusive. We provide a wonderful 3 day Eco-Adventure package at Castle Head in Cumbria. We also provide an all-inclusive 3 day or 5 day Highland Adventure Package at FSC Kindrogan in Perthshire and an amazing 3 day or 5 day Island Adventure all-inclusive package at FSC Millport on the beautiful Isle of Cumbrae.
